Carmo Plastic Eyelet, Heavy, 19/43 mm, Stacked - PVC Natural (Box Quantity)

Heavy, 19/43 mm weldable plastic eyelet with square shoulders. This product is supplied stacked for use in automatic mounting/welding machines.

These eyelets are used for hole reinforcements. Typically these are found in banners, tarpaulins, building wraps etc.

The geometry and material has been optimised for High Frequency (HF) welding. HF Welded PVC and plastic eyelets will fuse together with the foil and result in a joint that is significantly stronger and can withstand significantly higher pull forces than the alternative - metal eyelet. This is especially true when working in mesh materials

Other benefits of the PVC eyelets are that they can be colour matched to the fabric, they will make recycling of PVC and vinyl banners much easier and PVC and plastic eyelets will not tear out or rust and stain the material.
